Homepages Friends is a UK based company which works by collecting revenue from the sponsored links in any searches you carry out. All search engines are the same, but this is the only company so far to split the profit with the user 50/50. This website allows you to get paid for searches you do. You get paid around 2 pence per search. Not a big amount but soon builds up after a few weeks/months depending on the amount of searches you make.
How Much Can One Earn?
Homepages Friends estimates that the average users regularly searching the internet could readily earn about £50 per year. If you are active in searching on the web, you could earn more than £10 per month. But, do not to over do it. If you purposely make extremely high amount of searches (a hundred or more) daily just to boost up your earning to maximum, they might suspend your earnings. As a matter of fact my daily earnings have been twice zeroed because I unintentionally made multiple searches. Homepages Friends boasts of a sophisticated click-fraud protection system to stop scammers from using that service and destroying it in the long run.The user earns around 1.60p-2.00p per search, which sounds small, but you'd be using a search engine anyway and the money soon mounts up.I have so far managed 1873 searches and have earned £31.42. I have not been paid yet as I am awaiting my first payment which is due by the end of August. I will keep you posted when paid.
Below I am posting you my payment details from 22nd June 2008 till 2nd July 2008. 
When will you get paid?
Once you have reached the £20 minimum payout, Homepages Friends will issue payment 45 days after each month end. Example: If your search earnings for this month of August is $25, then you will get paid in the mid of October. You can choose to receive your earning via PayPal or bank transfer.You can be paid out directly via Bank Tranfer or via Paypal. There is a minimum £20 payment which can be sent. You usually get paid between 30-45 days after a months end. If you don't reach the £20 payout amount for that month it will be carried over to the next month.
